One of our largest projects for the client PANDION is currently under construction on the former Siemens site – right at the interface between the glittering Media Harbor and the historic Loretto quarter. To be more precise: two six- to seven-story blocks that form an urban figure and meet the highest standards in terms of architecture, open spaces and a diverse, interlocking mix of uses. Offices, apartments, restaurants, a day-care center, a network of green spaces, and an unusual rooftop garden will enliven and shape the new neighborhood, which will heal an old urban wound.
