Last week, the topping-out ceremony for our projects on Völklinger Strasse took place. After welcoming words from Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller; Caspar Schmitz-Morkramer, Cornelia Zuschke, Klaus Küppers (PANDION), Anna Schümann and Titus Zwirner (both EY) met on the podium under the moderation of Reinhold Knodel (PANDION).

Now the finishing work can begin. With around 57,000 m² GFA, PANDION OFFICEHOME Rise and NEXT belong to our largest projects. The offices are located in the 6-storey long flank and at the head of the block on Völklinger Strasse. The 17-story office tower, which rises from the shell development via an indented glass joint, forms an exceptional high point and a striking symbol for the location. The residential development that completes this block in the north-east provides a mix of apartments ranging in size from 2 to 5 rooms, as well as privately financed, publicly subsidized and price-controlled apartments.
